Upcoming book

During doctor visits, a lot of important information does not get discussed. People forget key questions to ask or sometimes don't even know the right questions. That is why my colleague (Jim Sutton) and I are putting together a book "Top 5 Questions to Ask Your Doctor" which lists such questions. These questions have been submitted and reviewed by hundreds of doctors, nurses, medical students, and patients.
